The majority of her working career has been around senior manager positions within various healthcare settings in care homes or the heading Departments within the NHS. She has always found both jobs have managed to side comfortably alongside each other. While working in these senior positions Sandrea also found time to develop her media work, appearing on various television and radio programmes in the UK, USA and in Spain. She also found time to write two books which have been published with another in the pipe line. She is a columnist for Take a Break 'Fate and Fortune. Her monthly column focuses on a 'Day in the Afterlife', visiting people in the afterlife.

She was aware of her psychic gift from a very young age, where she could consciously leave her body to explore the neighbourhood. At night a large screen would appear on her wall and Angel like figures would communicate with her and explain the world to her. She did not however, begin to pursue her own personal psychic development until around 30 years ago, when she began to sit in various circles associated with spiritual churches. She under took many courses, including attending Stansted College to develop her skills further. She was deemed to be a natural Medium who found communicating with the world of spirit very easy. This spring boarded her into a career as a Medium and a psychic. She then began to work professionally as a psychic Medium until around 25 years ago and has continued to do so. Sandrea mainly works with spiritual attunement, although she does use cards if people require her. 

Her style is to connect to the spirit world and tell her reader accurate information about their relationship to the deceased person, their current circumstances and then their future. She is able to focus on love life, work, finances and family circumstances.

Sandrea provides a variety of different services, from 1 to 1 readings, public demonstrations, private parties, hen or stag nights and group readings.
